TULSA COUNTY, OK SELECTS COLORADO CUSTOMWARE TO PROVIDE CAMA SOFTWARE AND SERVICES

FORT COLLINS, Colo., September 6, 2007 – Colorado CustomWare, Inc. (CCI) is very excited to announce that they have been awarded a contract with Tulsa County, OK to provide CAMA software and support. Tulsa County has 280,000 parcels and 85 users will be benefiting from the new system.

CCI was selected to provide their solutions because of their streamlined processes and proven ability to increase office efficiencies. “We at the Tulsa County Assessor’s Office, after careful analysis and consultation with the Oklahoma Tax Commission and current users, have chosen RealWare software and Colorado CustomWare,” stated Ken Yazel, Tulsa County Assessor. “Due to the great benefit that this application will provide the taxpayers of Tulsa County, we believe the implementation of this program will better serve our taxpayers with increased efficiency and will continue to ensure accuracy and fairness to all property owners in Tulsa County.”

Tulsa County is the second largest county in OK, following Oklahoma County, which has been using CCI’s software since 1998. CCI also provides software for Carter and Cleveland OK. “We are ecstatic to be working with Tulsa County,” stated Cindy South, CCI’s VP of Appraisal and Assessment. “The partnership and foundation that has been built with other customers in Oklahoma will be a great starting point for Tulsa, and I anticipate a very smooth transition.” Since CCI has all OK state legislative requirements in their current product, it requires zero customization.

CCI will be consulting on conversions and integration, with the majority of the process completed by Tulsa County. “They have a very strong knowledge base in both their IT and Assessment staff,” stated Ko Clifton, CCI Senior Project Manager for the Tulsa County project. “Tulsa is reaping great rewards from bringing their own Assessor based IT staff to this project. Their years of experience with the existing data structure is invaluable to a successful conversion. It will also give them a jump start on becoming familiar with the new RealWare product.”

About CCI: CCI provides jurisdictions across the country with Land Records Management Solutions (recording, assessment, and collections software) that improves office efficiencies, while offering uncompromised customer support. Their customer base ranges from coast to coast with installations in 14 states and 48 jurisdictions.
