CCI SIGNS $2.5 MILLION DOLLAR CONTRACT TO PROVIDE ASSESSMENT SOFTWARE TO DEKALB COUNTY, GA

FORT COLLINS, Colo., August 8, 2006 - Colorado CustomWare, Inc. (CCI) is excited to announce that they have signed a contract with DeKalb County, GA, to provide a complete assessment solution. The decision was made by a team of individuals and was approved by the County Board of Commissioners. The individuals instrumental in the selection process are well versed in the solutions available for assessment officials.

"DeKalb County Georgia selected CCI for its new CAMA system primarily for three reasons," stated Bill Lee, the Interim Chief Appraiser for DeKalb County. "They were the most responsive to county inquires and needs. County employees who worked on the RSP prepared an excellent detailed document that CCI responded to completely. CCI has a system that works and we anticipate no problems if any customization is needed."

Since 2004, CCI has been actively pursuing the Georgia market and has become very familiar with their legislative requirements and practices. "CCI has been interested and involved in Georgia for about two years," stated Joe Tierney, CCI's Senior Business Analyst. "CCI has a passion to provide solutions to assessment professionals, and we realize that doing so takes time and perseverance in building trust. We are excited to move forward."

In addition, the timing couldn't be better. "Most of the projects we were awarded in 2004 are near completion, and are moving towards ongoing customer support," stated Lori Schlotter, CCI's President and CEO. "We are enthusiastic to provide DeKalb County with an on-time and within budget assessment solution that other CCI customers have benefited from. We hope to provide solutions to additional Georgia counties in the near future, as many of them are experiencing high growth and need a scalable solution like CCI's."

Since March, CCI has added five new team members and are actively recruiting for eight additional positions. This will enable CCI to fulfill existing contracts and ongoing customer support, while meeting the needs of future customers.
