The Leadership Team at CCI is comprised of highly qualified individuals working to bring synergy and depth to the organization.

Utilizing her strong leadership skills, passion for making the world a better place, and her 25+ years of active participation in local government, Lori Schlotter has led CCI to recognition as a leader in assessment and collections software. Awarded the 2005 Bravo Entrepreneur of the Year, as well as the 2009 Northern Colorado Women of Influence award by the Northern Colorado Business Report, Lori has established CCI as one of the Top 10 Places to Work in Fort Collins (The Coloradoan - Gannett Publication).

As an advocate for CCI customers, Kevin combines his degree in Business Administration/Management and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with his 15 years of management experience to work closely with managers and customers to bring uncompromised service in a timely and professional manner. Kevin’s leadership, attention to details, and caring spirit set him apart as a champion for CCI customers.
  When Stacey joined the CCI team in 1995, she brought the unique ability to look at the big picture and provide guidance for multiple departments based on sound organizational goals and company policy. By taking into consideration the specific needs of jurisdictions across the United States, Stacey oversees the overall development and planning of CCI’s software development plan.

  With more than 25 years experience in the assessment and appraisal community and a background in assisting jurisdictions analyze their business processes, Cindy’s infectious laughter and passion for customers’ success ensures that CCI’s products are reflective of customer needs.



Responsible for leading CCI’s Technology Team, Kathi utilizes her experience in the technology industry to help CCI remain current on industry trends, network architecture, and database information. These decisions provide CCI customers with a stable and innovative product, now and for years to come.



Tiffany has guided CCI’s Business Development and Marketing departments since 2002, evaluating opportunities for CCI to make the greatest impact in the marketplace. She earned her MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2004 and utilizes her skills to lead her team toward exceeding the company’s financial goals while living the CCI mission. Tiffany’s passion is effectively communicating CCI’s unique strengths to prospective clients.
